Quicken not allowing me to use my customized Invoice layout with GST and PST (taxes)

I have defined customized invoice layout that includes 2 sales taxes (PST and GST). I saved it as the "Invoice Default" layout and also saved it as a layout called "Invoice # 1". When I create an invoice, and select the layout of my choice (either one of the above), Quicken does not display the customized layouts. As a result, any new invoice is calculated without tax. When printing, it does print using my customized layout, but since no tax was calculated, it shows $0 in the tax fields - NOT GOOD AND VERY FRUSTRATING - Anybody has any idea?

    Ok, I resolved my problem. No thanks to the help desk - My tax accounts were flagged to not track taxes :) oops. As soon as I changed that, it works - Closing this discussion

    Hi Natalie, This did not answer my question.
    I had connected with the help desk on Friday, spent about 1 hour on the phone with no clear line of action. They acknowledged the problem I was having and I understood that they were going to send me an email. I have not received any email from them.
    My version is": Quicken 2019, Version R22.9, Build 27.22.29 Edition Canada
    My system: 64 bit / Window 10 V: 1909
    Not sure what to do next, but I am seriously considering biting the bullet and going to another software altogether. I need something I can move forward with.
