FI_TIMEOUT:ccscrape.102 trying to connect with Bank of America

Trying to connect with (Quicken Connect) my BOA business account. This happens after I enter auth code received via text from BOA. Have tried this a number of times.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Quicken>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.

    If you have not already done so, please see the information and follow the steps outlined here to troubleshoot the 102 error that you're receiving in Quicken.

    If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Support directly for more in-depth troubleshooting. Support has access to tools and information that the Community does not have, and will work with you towards resolving this.

    I don't get this error until I enter the auth code sent by the bank. So I am able to communicate with the bank and it only falls over during auth challenge. Will contact support sometime.

    I'm running deluxe, version 5.15.1, macOS 10.15.3.
