Transactions don't download

When doing an update transactions for Fidelity brokerage and credit card accounts the transactions do not download but the account balances are updated. The red flag shows transactions but none there and can't reset because it says i have transactions to accept.

Thanks for the link above. I was able to fix the problem with the credit card, but not with the brokerage account. The procedure did move the transactions to the register, but the flag is still there. If I try to reset it says there are still transactions to accept, but none show. The online center no longer shows compare to register - it shows compare to list.0
