Why do I have to have a new subscription?

I don't download information from my financial institutions. All I do is enter my account information from my statement. I don't keep track of stocks or house payments or anything like that. I just want to use Quicken like I have since I installed Quicken 95 25 or so years ago. I think I have called for support 2 or 3 times in all those years.
