Why can't I find a list of Scheduled Pay Groups to edit.

When I try to add a new group it says I have the max of 12 used. When I look for the groups that are scheduled to enter into Quicken for the next year I can't find groups 4, 7, 8 & 12. But I can't find them in a list to re-task them if they are built. I really need more them 12 groups but every time I ask about it Quicken never explains why they are ignoring me about that.

    Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    If you are still needing assistance with Scheduled Transaction Groups in Quicken, please take a moment and review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you are using.

    I suggest looking back at prior months by going toTools>Manage Bill & Income Reminders and then switching to the "Monthly Bills & Deposits" tab. Click the back arrow in the top left to toggle through previous months.

    If you are still unable to locate the Groups, you may consider restoring from a backup, by following the steps outlined here.

    You may also consider creating an Idea post requesting that Quicken allow more than 12 Scheduled Transaction Groups.


    Our developer's review Idea threads to get an idea of what people would like Quicken to offer.
