How do I fix Error CC-502 when trying to update My First Citizens Bank account
I keep getting Error CC-502 when trying to update My First Citizens Bank account. Since I have upgraded to the 2020 version of Quicken Home and business I keep getting random CC-502 errors when I tryo to download my transactions from my First Citizens Bank Account. I have another account that gives me no problems (as of yet). Each time I get this stupid error I have to reset my account in quicken and then it will work for a while and then it comes up with the same error. Any suggetions?
