Bill Manager & Target Red Card

Has anyone had success setting up Target Red Card in the new Quicken Bill Manager?

Took a little work, but believe most of my other accounts have been set up and working. For Target, however, after answering the security question, it comes back with "Unable To Update Billers", Quicken Could Not Retrieve The List of Billers", "Please Try Again Later". This is not a one-time issue, been trying to set it up for over a week.

Never had a problem with Target and the Old Bill Pay. Any suggestions?
