OL 393a error only on one account of the three at PNC bank, others no problem

quicken for windows current subscription: for two days receive ol 393 a error on update, all accounts work, except One of the three PNC accounts gives this error. I had some schecduled transactions which i tried to cancel, but since it wont connect, they wont cancel. I tried to deactivate online bill pay as well as online transactions, but neither would deactiveate. I did a validate on the quicken account, no help. i restored from a backup which had i t hink worked past, no help. I am stuck. Does anyone have any ideas?
