credit card account does not appear in account list but does download and appears in password vault

It is not hidden but I can't see it in the account list. When I download it appears in the list of account being downloaded. It also appears in password vault.

try....   Tools --> Account List -

in the very lower bottom left corner... checkmark --> Show Hidden Accounts

Show hidden accounts does not appear on the account list. I have reinstalled Quicken and it still does not appear. When I start manage hidden accounts from the tools list the account does not appear.

What version ..... Help --> About Quicken

and your .... Tools --> Account List .... doesn't have this checkbox ?
If no checkbox - then guessing no "Hidden Accounts" to UN-hide...
