Why won't Quicken download my transactions from Edward Jones Investments.
It worked fine in January. In the password vault, I get the message "Edward Jones could not use the password you entered". I can go directly to EJ online and get in with no trouble. If I enter my password in the One Step Update Settings, it brings me to "Please Enter Your Passwords" but when I click on Edward Jones, it simply brings me back to the One Step Update box. HELP!!!
