CC 505 on Amex Delta Card- (Edited to include topic)
Got message CC 505, followed Instructions, gave it a couple of weeks. Went om Chat Spport and finally got "in this case we dont have any specific step to fix that error, only try to download transactions from the banks website or restore a backup from before the issue happened: Note that Quicken says it is their error, not the Institution… but does not know how to fix the problem???? I asked to escalate the problem and got "This is chat for windows support, I do not have that option" What is CC 505? Can it be fixed, Do I need to delete the card? Do I need to find Software that is not buggy?
