UPDATE 4/20/20: Our support hours of operation are now every day, 5:00am - 5:00pm PT.  Phone support is available M-F, 5:00am - 5:00pm PT, and Chat support is available daily from 5:00am - 5:00pm PT.

Due to Covid-19 our Quicken Support Team hours of operation will be temporarily changing.

As of 3/21/20 Quicken Phone and Chat Support will be available from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (PDT).

The Quicken Community will continue to be available 24x7.

We do not yet have an anticipated timeframe for returning to our regular support hours, but encourage you to "bookmark" this Announcement to receive updates as they develop.

We appreciate your understanding and hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these trying times.

We're happy to report that our customer support team has been able to quickly adjust to the new restrictions that have been put in place due to Covid-19.

Beginning April 4th, we will once again have weekend chat support available from 8 am to 5 pm PDT on Saturday and Sunday.

We're happy to report that as of Monday, 4/20/20, the Customer Support Team phone hours will be returning to normal hours of operation - 5 am - 5 pm PDT Monday-Friday.

Chat Support will be available, starting 4/20/20,  7 days a week from 5 am to 5 pm PDT.
