I am having problems with downloading my transactions from TD Canada Trust.

The accounts are all online with Quicken, however, they are not downloading. I have tried deleting the accounts, unlinking the accounts with no resolution to my problem. Could you please let me know how this can be fixed? It is frustrating to say the least and after all this is what this program is suppose to do. Thank you for your help.

    Here is what is showing on my screen. It is not the same as you are showing me. When I check to see what the latest version of Quicken is it says I am up to date with version Release R 25.22
