Cannot download transactions into Quicken (Windows)

Since last update, I cannot download my transactions into Quicken. If I save the downloaded file into .QFX format, I cannot import it into Quicken. I can download it into Excel format, but then the account will not reconcile all the transactions. I called yesterday and talked with Support. We reset, deactivated, and then reactivated the accounts, but no success today.

    Please include any error messages you have received as well as the name of the financial institution this is occurring with. 

    The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
