Automatically save bills downloaded in the Bills area as attachment in checking register

When using the new Bills functionality, bills are automatically downloaded along with the PDF invoice/bill. The bills are entered in a payment (i.e. checking account), but a logical and useful step would be to automatically add the downloaded invoice/bill PDF as an attachment in the payment transaction, i.e. if you go to your checking account, you see the payment and the invoice is attached.
