Why am I still getting errors?

I've been getting errors trying to download from Avadian Credit Union since 3/9. I've had three cases that involved two chats and two phone calls, plus one Hangup after being on hold for 53 minutes. I received an email a few minutes ago telling this was fixed. My attempts to download transactions still get errors. CC-502 is the prevalent code, but I have received CC-580. I need help to fix this.
