Why does my bank downloads with a check number always show a payee of K&K Sanitation?

Most of my bank downloads show a Payee of K&K Sanitation if there is a check number, otherwise the correct payee displays. All else is correct. K&K is one of my accounts paid automatically thru bank- Hancock Whitney. What's going on?

Check your Renaming Rules.  That's the only place where Q can change downloaded payees.  Do TOOLS, Renaming Rules.
Also, in that account, click the GEAR icon that's immediately above the right slider bar and then check "Downloaded Payee" and DONE.
Is there any commonality among the Downloaded Payee names?
Lastly, what Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.  AND, if it's present, what's your "Valid Thru" date?

    Hello @vbarrio

Thank you for providing that additional information, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

If you haven't already, please open the register in Quicken and right-click on one of the affected check transactions.

In the menu that opens, towards the bottom, is the "Revert To" option greyed out?

If not, please hover over "Revert To" and let us know if anything is listed in the Revert To sub-menu that appears.

    Thank you,

    Sarah
