Ongoing OL-301-A error Bank Of America- all other states

This has been going on for a week. I get the error even though the transactions seem to download

    I tried those steps using different machines running the latest Quicken R25.21 on  Windows 10 and Windows 7. I also tried it with a laptop still running Quicken 2017 and all of them get the same error. Transactions do come through even though the error is returned every single time
