Fidelity account hangs and will not update

Hi, since 12/31/2019 my Fidelity account will no longer download transactions in Update. I changed to a Quicken subscription account at the same time. All other banking and investment accounts are working fine...Fidelity is the only one hanging. I just tried deactivating and reactivating for online one step updates, but that is not working. It finds my account online but seems to hang on the steps that says "Adding your accounts at Fidelity". No error message -- system just hangs and I cannot get out of it, without doing a control-alt-delete to quit the program.
