Error When Using Online Services: CC-501

I continue to get CC-501 when update Hudson Valley Credit Union accounts.
One thread for CC-501 states that it's resolved...but not for me.

Quicken continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method. If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead. I had the same error with Achieva Credit Union. For all accounts associated with your credit union, edit each account, go to Online Services, then Deactivate the service. Once completed re-establish your Online Services connection. Link your accounts from your credit union back to the accounts you deactivated earlier.0

I am getting the cc501 error when I try to update my Pnc accounts.. When I attempt to go to online chat I have been waiting for 45 min. but the web says I only have a 6min. wait. In all that time my 6 min wait has never changed. I can't get my accounts to reconcile for at least 2 months. What can I do?0
