Need more flexibility in scheduling transactions

I noticed, when scheduling transactions, that there is no way to schedule a transaction 2 years hence. Several interval options are given in the dialog, but there is no way to customize these. What if I wanted to schedule something every 2 years or every 3 weeks, or on the last Thursday of every month, or on the fifth Friday of every month only if there are 5 Fridays in that month?

These scheduling options presently exist in the current QMac:

Every 2 years:  Monthly, every 24 months.
Every 3 weeks; Weekly, every 3 weeks.
Last Thur of month; Monthly, Last Thur.

There is not an option for 5th Fri.

To access the advanced scheduling options, click the small triangle to the left of "Starting" on the scheduling pane:

Isn't that covered by "Monthly, every 2 months, on the xx Day"?
