on the situation. Did you previously have the transactions from 2018 until now
on the register and now they are gone? Do you connect to your financial institution
to download transactions or enter them manually? If you do connect to the financial
institution, when you run a ONE STEP UPDATE do you receive an error code? Any
details that you can provide will be appreciated so that I can narrow down what
the issue may be.
