why are all my credit card payments from bank account to cc accounts reversed?

I make a payment in my checking account and it goes into the CC account as a negative amount. My charges go in as positive amounts.
Quicken tech reps cannot solve the issue

And how does the payment transfer transaction appear in your Checking account? As positive or negative amount?
Since you owe money in the credit card account, how is the Running Balance showing in the account register? As red (negative amount) or in black?
    More details, please.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

One of the moderators mentioned that even a new user can drag and drop an image on the comment to include it.  Whether that will actually work, I don't know because the person that it was directed at never replied.  It would be interesting to see if it actually works.
