PURCHASED QUICKEN PREMIER FROM SAM'S CLUB 2018 VERSION. INSTALLED IN EARLY 2019.

2018 PRODUCT HAD 2 YEAR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED. HAD AN ACUTE PROBLEM IN MID-2019 AND PURCHASED THE ON-LINE SERVICE AND SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP TO GET PRIORITY ACCESS TO QUICKEN SUPPORT. THAT MEMBERSHIP RAN OUT TODAY AND I CAN NO LONGER DOWNLOAD FROM CHASE BANK. I STILL HAVE 1 YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP REMAINING ON THE 2018 PREMIER PURCHASE THAT APPARENTLY WAS OVERWRITTEN WITH THE PRIORITY SUPPORT PURCHASE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE SECOND YEAR OF PREMIER REINSTATED.
I AM A +20 YEAR USER OF QUICKEN AND TURBO TAX. I WOULD LIKE INTUIT TO MAKE GOOD ON THE 2 YEAR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE PREMIER PURCHASE AND INSTALL IN 2019.
