I'm running Quicken 5.15.3 on my Mac running OS 10.15.3 and am finding that Quicken won't download my recent transactions from American Express. I have two credit card accounts (same login) and neither are downloading. I've not had a problem downloading from these accounts in the past.

Are you connecting with Quicken Connect (look in the account settings page)? If so, you should switch it over to Direct Connect, which is free for Amex. See this:
