Keeps saying my file is in use on another computer

Just renewed my subscription and updated Quicken to newest version. When I try to load my latest file from backup I keep getting an error message telling me my file can't be opened because it is in use by some other application. Please close that application and try again...
I have no idea what application this is referring to...from everything I can see, I don't have any quicken files open....ugh...any thoughts???????
