On opening my account I get Error message code=1310

Are you trying to install a new version of Quicken?This error is from the Microsoft software installer and indicates a problem with the installation process.This will remove all remnants of Quicken from prior installations or attempts.
Please follow this procedure, using a Windows User Account with full Administrator privileges:
http://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken
When done, install Quicken again, from your installation CD or use a download file from your account at Quicken.com.
