Unlocking Quicken Bill Pay account

I have tried for an hour to get someone to answer the phone at Quickenbillpay.com to unlock my account. I used the wrong password a couple of times from my desktop and got locked out. Trying to just change my password doesn't work-- I never got an email with a re-set link. Does anyone know any way to chat, email or otherwise get through to them.
