I have been charged for renewal which I never requested.

Log into your account on - quicken.com -and look at your account to see if it is setup for - Auto Renewal -Quicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 100

BTW - what version are you running.... Help --> About QuickenI think you can contact Quicken Support -and ask that your latest renewal be refunded -BUT with an expired product, you loose all online & download features,
BUT can still manually enter transactions and work with reports....
