Incorrect renewal

I have been charged for renewal which I never requested.

    Log into your account on - quicken.com -
    and look at your account to see if it is setup for - Auto Renewal -

    BTW - what version are you running....   Help --> About Quicken
    I think you can contact Quicken Support -
    and ask that your latest renewal be refunded -
    BUT with an expired product, you loose all online & download features,
    BUT can still manually enter transactions and work with reports....
    BUT there is a large ad banner on the right side of screen
