RESOLVED 4/23; Fifth Third Bank Returns OL-295 error or "Sorry, we encountered an error" message

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a OL-295 or "Sorry, we encountered an error" message when attempting to add or update accounts with Fifth Third Bank, using the Direct Connect method.

We have escalated this matter to our service partners to further investigate this issue and restore connections as quickly as possible.

    RESOLVED 5/20/20

    This issue has been resolved and all Users should now be able to successfully add/update accounts with Fifth Third Bank.
