Syncing my checking account at Bank of America

I am getting the following message about syncing my checking account at Bank of America:
parameter institutionloginId must be specified for this request. I see it's a known bug in Quicken and hoping that there is a fix.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response. 

    I would start by saving a backup. This can found under File > Backup and Restore > Backup Quicken File.

    I would next try resetting the Quicken cloud:
    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts.
    2. Click Reset your cloud data.
    If the error continues, I would then take a moment to review the steps and information available here.
