Portfolio X-Ray not including all securities in "Top 10 Underlying Holdings"

Now that the log-in problem to Portfolio X-Ray has been resolved, it no longer correctly lists the "Top 10 Underlying Holdings". Specifically, It only includes securities from taxable accounts. Several securities from retirement accounts that should be on the list are not included. Prior to the most recent problem, the information was correct. Any thoughts/solutions? Does this require another update?

The issue has been resolved. On the two drop-down menus to the left of the Refresh X-ray window, the default settings are All Accounts and All Securities. I selected Custom for both (selected all of my accounts and securities, so effectively the same) and refreshed the X-ray which then provided the correct Top 10 holdings. I returned to the default settings and refreshed the X-ray again and the information is still correct. Not sure why this fixed the problem, but at least it is working properly again.
