Schedule online register/account transfers, and convert register transfers to online.

This is a "Feature Request".
When entering a register transfer for a future date, the dialog box to choose 'Transfer Online'|'Record Only'|'Cancel' is not presented. The transfer is instead defaulted to 'Register Only'.
Please add the ability to choose between 'Transfer Online' or 'Register Only' for future/scheduled transfers.
It would also be useful to be able to quickly convert a 'Register Only' transfer to 'Transfer Online', or vice-versa, provided the online activity is pending.
