Unable to clear red flag even after completing all these steps
(using premier 2020 windows)
- used below, validated, autodownload entry, followed all steps to a T... no dice.
any. more ideas?

    yes been working with tech sup for bout 6 months they basically read the steps from the link.... hoping someone here may have come across a missing step....

    Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue with the community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a follow-up response.

    If you are still experiencing this behavior, may I ask, is the account(s) with the Red Flag notice marked to manually review the downloaded transactions or automatically accept the downloaded transactions?

    If you aren't sure, please go to the Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions, is the box to automatically accept downloaded transactions check-marked?

    Pleas also go to the Tools > Account List > Click 'Edit' to the right of the affected account name and select the middle "Online Services" tab, does the blue link show that automatic entry is On or Off?

    Lastly, please open the register for the affected account, does the downloaded transactions section appear at the bottom of the register?

    hi yes as part of trouble shooting
    i have had it set to manual, then i set to auto accept... i have tried this no less than 1/2 dozen times..... i was again today messing with it perhaps this will add information..

    1) exported file as if i were going to transfer to another computer
    2) started a new data file
    3) imported the transfer file
    4) this cleared the flag but the accounts were soo far off (and hidden ones appeared, new ones( 6months old) did not ...
    5) i began to rebuild starting with the red flag account, it hooked up to the bank downloaded 2020 transactions then made a huge adjustment to balance... and all previous transactions lost... i might be on to something but it wasn’t worth rebuilding so many accounts.... it’s clear it’s a big and it’s in the data file....

    what if i reinstalled program? or the update that caused this?
