TD Bank error updating OL-301-A

Just updated to Quicken subscription April 2020
Getting TD bank error OL-301-A
After choosing financial institution, "Financial Branding and Profile" does not appear.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Have you looked at the support article here in regards to the 301-A error? If you have not I would suggest looking at is as it has the steps in order to refresh the financial branding and profile. It also matches the description of recently upgrading to the latest version.

    I did this:

    Select Financial Institution Branding and Profile from the list and click Refresh.
    However, there was no place to click "OK."

    I attempted session again and received the 301 error.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Note the instructions are wrong there isn't an OK button to click in step 6.

    I am still getting the 301 error after following after "Refreshing."
    Any further suggestions?

    Thank's for trying the steps. Could we test this in a different file by chance? If you go up in the top left to file -> New file. You can name the new file anything you'd like. As well as put it somewhere easy for you to delete if you'd like.  Once the files set up could you try adding your TD Bank account and seeing if we're still getting the same error?  

    Once you try this let us know how it goes!

    Created new file, new transactions showed, I did not update.
    So, it works for new file but not for old.
    I am available to converse over phone on Monday, I am in Florida.
