Account is Locked-(edited to include topic)

I am getting error message from quicken that my bank account is locked an I have to call them to unlock it. I can log on to the account through web browser to my bank account. (Rant-Redacted)

    Have you recently changed the password to your bank account?
    If so, have you updated the password in the Password Vault in Quicken?
    How many characters long is the password, and does the password contain any special characters? If so, which ones?
    Have you tried to update your account from the account register, using the Action gear icon and "Update Now"?
