Servers down

Hi trying to add car loan
error says servers down , is that true or is it an error in the software

    WHAT servers? Quicken's?  Or the lender's?
    And, in general, downloading into a loan account is ill-advised.  Doing so removes ALL other ability that you'd have to manage the loan.  ONLY the principal portion of the payment will be downloaded and that download is the ONLY thing that can be posted to the account.

    If you still wish to download into this loan, try again.  because Q's servers are working for me.
    Also, have you double-checked that  your Firewall is letting Q thru?

    If the Quicken Servers are still not working for you, then Reboot Quicken.
