dataset exceeded

I purchased a regular 2017 non subscription version of Quicken on Amazon but keep being told I have exceeded the maximum number of datasets. I've followed all the suggested tips but I CANNOT fix this issue. Help! :(

    I have called four times today to have the dataset reset. I have no backups locally and three backups on a central storage device. I am using quicken on 3 computers. I have deleted the local backups on all 3 computers
