UPDATED 4/14/20 Multiple Credit Unions are Returning CC-502/102 errors

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users receiving a CC-502/102 error code when attempting to add/update accounts.

We are investigating this issue and working to restore connections as quickly as possible.

    Update: The credit unions currently experiencing these issues are tied to a single service provider, that enables online banking for these financial institutions.  Due to the high volume of activity around the Covid 19 stimulus checks, this service provider is experiencing server time-outs, which are the root cause of the CC-502/102 errors.

    We are working with the service provider to restore service as quickly as possible.  Please continue to monitor this alert for updates.

    UPDATE 4/16/20

    We have received confirmation that due to the recent release of COVID-19 relief payments, many banks are experiencing a high volume of online activity.  In order to maintain their systems, some banks are limiting the amount of traffic to their servers, which may cause temporary issues when attempting to download from these banks into Quicken.
