UPDATED 4/14/20 USAA Returns CC-505/105 or "Sorry, we encountered an error"

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users receiving a CC-505/105 error code or "Sorry, we encountered an error" message when attempting to add/update accounts with USAA Federal Savings Bank.

    UPDATE 4/16/20

    We have received confirmation that due to the recent release of COVID-19 relief payments, many banks are experiencing a high volume of online activity.  In order to maintain their systems, some banks are limiting the amount of traffic to their servers, which may cause temporary issues when attempting to download from these banks into Quicken.
