I can connect to the internet with my browser but sometimes cannot load Quicken

Recently, on start-up, I often can open Chrome but cannot open Quicken, Apple Music, Pandora, etc.. So far, I've been able to solve the problem by re-booting (often more than once) but am worried that the problems seems to be getting worse. Any help would be appreciatied

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. based on what you've said I believe that you're having some internet connectivity problems. I would recommend contacting either Microsoft or a local computer Tech if available to take a look and see what could be causing the connection problems.
