    Try switching to Direct Connect. It's working fine for me for both banks right now. DC is free for Citi and Chase credit cards. Not sure about their other bank account types.

    It's the same settings that I always use, so why isn't it working? Answer-[removed - disruptive/profanity] It does this [removed] almost after every update and even without updates it happens several times a week.

    Both Banks are returning errors for me as well Citibank 505 and Chase a 502

    Citi, Chase, my credit union, BofA. Something bigger is happening I'm afraid for it to be all. Frustrating.

    Still getting cc-502 errors when trying to download from Chase. It asks for two-step authentication method and I choose text. Then it errors with cc-502 error. Today is 4/27. Any updates.

    I am still not able to update Chase accounts on 4/30 and am receiving CC-502 errors every time. Has been almost 3 weeks and all my accounts at other financial institutions are back to normal. Any update?

    @b squared I'm still experiencing the same issues you are. All other institutions are updating, Chase errors with CC-502. I'm using Express Web Connect with Quicken Premier 2020. Ever since I upgraded, I have been having issues.

    I tried to use Direct Connect, but it immediately terminated and said, "It's not your fault, having trouble connecting with Chase". We have not been able to download from Chase since 4/12/20

    If you are still experiencing the CC-502 error, Please take a moment and review the information available here.

    If the error continues after completing these steps for the 502 error, you will need to contact support for a review of the logs and determine the cause of the issue.

    However, please note that there is ongoing alert, available here that is still not resolved, it is possible that support may ask that you try to update in 24-48 hours or different times of the day as this alert is still ongoing.

    When contacting support, be sure to let them know how long you have been receiving this error.

    I am getting Chase error OL-220-A and have tried resetting.  Note I was not having any issues until the update went through the week.  Any suggestions as this is my main bank account I pay all my bills from.

    Thank you for the response, although I apologize that you are experiencing this trouble.

    If you have been experiencing this error for quite some time, you will need to identify the connection type of the affected account(s) to determine what next steps need to be taken. To do this, go to Tools > Account List, find the affected account(s), and confirm the connection type in parentheses in the Transaction Download column. 

    Direct Connect - You will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary. 


    Express Web Connect - Please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
