Errors 501 and 505 when updating Lake Trust CU

I've been stuck for a few days trying to download transactions from Lake Trust CU. I went thru the wait a day, reset accounts, deactivate, re setup, even created a new Quicken file and added it as a new account with the same problems. Today, I did a chat with Quicken support, of course they had me reset accounts, deactivate, re setup, create a new quicken file and add the account. All with identical situations. At the end, the quicken rep told me I should call the bank to resolve it?!?!?!
What do I do next (sure I'll call the bank, but Quicken has solved many of these over the years and I've never called the bank before, why now?) Anyway, what ideas do people have to make transactions download again from Lake Trust CU?
