How do I get a refund?

Quicken for Windows does not work with Canadian banks any better then an Excel spreadsheet.

Did you purchase the Canadian version of QWin ... or the US version.  Because, in general, Q Canada only works with CDN banks and Q US only works with US Banks.  You can determine this by doing HELP, About Quicken and looking at the product name shown there.

IF you purchased the wrong product, Q Support MIGHT be willing to do an exchange.

Quicken is absolutely useless. I cannot import bank transactions. very disappointed in this product - It is now shelfware!!!!!!

I have not seen a Canadian version! only windows and mac, but nothing by country. If there is such a Canadian version, can you send me the link?
