Add an option to temporarily allow 'Web Connect' of QFX file imports for 'Quicken Connect' accounts

This fiasco with the overloaded servers (due to Covid-19 Financial stimulus deposit activity) has exposed a problem - we can no longer choose to directly import QFX files (via Web Connect) for accounts that have been set up for automatic download/syncing. Instead, if you attempt to directly import a QFX file that has been downloaded from a banking website, we get a dialog that doesn't show existing accounts, and we're unable to import the QFX file via Web Connect.

Please add an option to allow TEMPORARY bypassing of the 'Quicken Connect' method and allow us to choose 'Web Connect' method when importing QFX files directly from the File:Import menu. We currently can't do this without changing account settings.

If you try to import the QFX and it makes you create a new account, you can deal with that by dragging and dropping the transactions from the new account to the existing account in the sidebar then delete the new account.

Another option would be to deactivate downloads and set up for Web Connect. Once the servers return to normal you can switch back to Quicken Connect. Personally, I'd just use the first option as a temporary workaround.

Seems to be syncing now, but I'll try that next time a similar situation occurs. Thanks for the tip!
