Find/Replace searching by Tag immediately crashes Quicken

I use Find/Replace quite a bit. I can search by any criterion except for Tags. Whenever I search by Tags, it immediately crashes and then closes Quicken. Any idea what might be causing this and how I might fix it?

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    Still not working?

Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.
Please perform all the steps in this document in the order specified:

Thanks. Re-booting, validating and super validating did not correct the problem. Every other aspect of Find/Replace, and Quicken, seems to be working properly. Only searching by Tags causing Quicken to crash and generate a crash report.

The crash report generated a .txt file that I can read. There are ALOT of items listed in this report, but I have no idea what any of it means. Lots of items listing IC error : 0, EBSStatus : 0, Status/Error Code : 0. I assume a 0 means no errors were found, but again, I have no idea what it means.

    Thanks for your response.
You said "Re-booting, validating and super validating did not correct the problem." Did you just forget to mention the file copy step or did you skip that? It's important not to skip it, because it may solve problems that validate and supervalidate can't fix.
Have you sent the crash report to Quicken?
Please do so, then call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them review the crash report, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
