Sync Problems All the Time

I hope someone can help me! I have the windows version of Quicken Starter Version on my laptop that syncs with my iphone mobile version. Seems every other month when I put transactions in my phone and then mobile sync it doesnt show the transactions and the name of the file on my phone goes away. I do call Quicken help and they walk me through it - but now I cant get a hold of them!
