Hello, I would like to know if I can switch from Quicken Home & Business to Deluxe without problem and if one day there will be a French version.

I recommend contacting Quicken Support to make the switch in your subscription as they will need to refund you for Home and Business and then place the order for Deluxe. They can also help you in making sure the switch takes effect correctly with your program.
Are your PC settings already set to French? It may or may not make a difference. If not, then as of right now, there are no known plans to make a french version.
