I can't download data from my 1st Interstate Bank accounts. I assume you are working that issue. The Bank says no problem from their end.

@ShawGPS - Please provide the following information (from Help > About Quicken):
- Quicken - Starter? Deluxe? Premier? Home and Business?
- Version
- Membership valid until date (if you have subscription)
Are you getting an error code or message?Read the Alert about Quicken connection issues (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7874067/ongoing-4-16-20-you-may-experience-errors-updating-some-of-your-accounts#latest). This could be the cause of the issue you are seeing.Sometimes "Account Register > Gear icon at the very top right of the register screen > Update Now" works.Others have reported some success with "Account Details > Online Services tab > Reset Account" works.Also, others are reporting that running OSU at night has been successful in resolving their OSU connection issue.(QW Premier Subscription: R32.12 on Windows 10)0
