Why does Quicken not recognize BMO Nesbitt Burns as a financial institution?

I am trying to set up my Nesbitt Burns accounts for auto download with Quicken.

    Hi @GrantS

Thanks for taking the time to post to our Community.

It is possible that BMO Nesbitt Burns may not be a supported financial institution.

Please take a few minutes and visit this FAQ for more information on supported banks.

Please feel free to respond to this thread with any additional questions or concerns.

Not really an answer. BMO is not on the list of supported financial institutions. What needs to happen top get it added?

The questions you need to keep in mind are:
Is this a US subsidiary of BMO or is this a Canadian brokerage?
Are you using the US or Canadian version of Quicken?
The US version of Quicken does not support Canadian banks and brokerages and the Canadian version of Quicken does not support US banks.
What has to happen to get it added?
If you're not asking for a cross-border connection, contact BMO's upper management and make your request.

Looking over Nesbitt Burns' website, it appears that all of their offices are in Canada.
SO, if they've signed on (NOTE, "IF") to be a participating financial institution, it would be for Q Canada only.
SO, again, are you running Q Canada?
